All By Myself

         I am at home....all by myself. It's really quiet.....I've been checking every minute to make sure no one is behind me. You know, just having safety precautions....too quiet. Music is the answer! "All By Myself" by Celine Dion (glee version) playing in the back round.....better...not so quiet anymore now is it! ha! Problem solved! Another day not wasted! ha!

Blue Lips

               Just arrived home from church. I wasn't scheduled to help in children's church, but I did. I did the face paint. But honestly the only reason I help in childrens' church is because of the awesome candy they get! I mean, you just slip one in your purse and later on you will have a perfectly blue mouth and a cotton candy flavored tongue. Kids have it so good. They wake up around eight o'clock, eat a nice breakfast, go to school(which is super easy), come home with a friend, have a snack, eat a nice dinner, and go back to sleep. They run around all day. And they even get recess. Sometimes I wish we all had a recess, a time to be able to just be free and run around. You could laugh, and just be. Most people say their freshman year was their best, but my favorite year would have to be my fourth. I didn't have a worry in the world. Ahh, good times.

Little Delights

           Just got back from babysitting. Expected number of children: 12. Actual Show ups: 3. Just show casing the little delights in life. I left the house with fifty dollars! (cha-ching!) Thirty of which my mom claimed was hers. And, she just gave me my deserved twenty five. ha!

           A completely random thought, "I must look completely insane right now". I have a wedding to go to on Saturday of next week, which also happens to be my birthday. I am disappointed to say that almost my whole day will be spent rehearsing for the rainbow wedding. Anyway, back to the point of me looking ridiculous. I have on short jean shorts, a green "Dunder Mifflin, Inc." t-shirt, and black patent leather high heels with little bows on the toes. I MUST wear these shoes at the wedding and in order to appear graceful I must continue to walk around looking ridiculous for the next six days. Fun times. Someone take a picture this might be the next upcoming fashion trend. You never know....

You Weren't Joking

Everybody says "Just Joking." But are they really? I mean come on, every time they tell you something and then follow it up by "just joking" you know there is a small part of themselves that is congratulating them for their "amazing" joke. "That dress is ugly! ha! I'm just kidding!" No...you're not. That is like saying that you killed some one's dog then saying you were just kidding. Awful. The one that really gets me though, is all the teenagers. Acronyms are the stupidest thing ever invented, except for ASAP, of course. When people write "lol" in a text, it makes me think, "are you really laughing out loud?" And if you are then why don't you just write laughing out loud?!?!?! That, to me, is what this world has come to....pathetic.
